Queensland Tenement Access
Queensland access routes to mining leases, claims and development licences.
What it shows
The surveyed routes in and out of Queensland mineral tenements, from the Department of Resources: the access permits held with mining leases, mining claims and mineral development licences, both granted and under application. An access permit is drawn as a line, not an area, and it runs well past the tenement it serves, sometimes for tens of kilometres, so it covers held ground the tenement boundaries miss. Show it with Queensland Tenements to see the full picture. Filter by status to separate granted routes from applications. This is held ground: a granted access permit means someone else has the legal right to that route, even where the track looks open. Tap a route for its id, type, status, holder and dates. Routes are not labelled on the map, so tap one to read its number. Always confirm access before you detect.
